SneakySEO – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SneakySEO website, tools, reports, content, features, API, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, “the Service”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing any subscription plan, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use SneakySEO.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Not use SneakySEO for unlawful or abusive purposes.

SneakySEO reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or suspend access if you violate these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity performed under your account.
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.

SneakySEO is not liable for unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Plans, Pricing & Subscriptions

SneakySEO offers several subscription tiers, including Free, Growth Essentials, Pro, and Elite Unlimited (the “Plans”). Each Plan contains different features, report limits, and access levels.

4.1 Free Plan

The Free tier provides limited functionality and is subject to change at any time.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid Plans include monthly or yearly billing options. Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to tax.

4.3 Trials

Some Plans include trial periods. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4.4 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

4.5 Changes to Pricing

SneakySEO may adjust pricing. Existing customers will be notified before changes take effect.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.

5.2 Refund Policy

SneakySEO does not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly or yearly subscription payments already processed
  • Unused time
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Unused reports, credits, or features

Refunds may be considered only in cases of demonstrable technical faults.

6. Use of Reports and Output

SneakySEO generates SEO audits, insights, white-label reports, and related data (“Output”). You may use the Output for:

  • Client work
  • Business operations
  • Educational or personal use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent report accuracy
  • Present SneakySEO Output as legal, financial, or regulatory advice
  • Remove required branding unless on a white-label plan

SneakySEO is not responsible for decisions made using Output.

7. Fair Usage Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Excessive automated requests
  • Bulk scraping
  • Circumventing report limits
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Using bots without permission

SneakySEO may suspend or terminate accounts violating fair use.

8. API Usage

Customers on API-enabled Plans may use the SneakySEO API subject to:

  • Reasonable request volumes
  • No resale or redistribution without written permission
  • No sending harmful or invalid data
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer the Service

SneakySEO may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access for misuse.

9. White-Labeling

White-label capability allows eligible customers to remove SneakySEO branding on reports.

You may not:

  • Claim ownership of SneakySEO’s underlying technology
  • Resell access to SneakySEO without authorisation
  • Misrepresent the source of the analysis engine

SneakySEO retains all intellectual property rights to the platform.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SneakySEO for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraud
  • Distributing malware
  • Attacking websites
  • Scraping competitors
  • Misleading clients
  • Generating unlawful content

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent termination.

11. Intellectual Property

SneakySEO owns all:

  • Code
  • Algorithms
  • User interface elements
  • Branding and trademarks
  • Platform content
  • Report generation logic

Users retain ownership of their websites and any data they upload.

12. Availability and Modifications

SneakySEO aims for reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, update, or discontinue sections of the Service without notice.

13. Data & Privacy

SneakySEO collects limited analytical and account data necessary for operating the Service. We do not store or sell:

  • Website credentials
  • Sensitive financial information (handled by Stripe/PayPal)
  • Private client data

14. Third-Party Services

SneakySEO integrates with third-party platforms such as Stripe and PayPal. You agree to comply with their terms.

SneakySEO is not responsible for:

  • Payment failures
  • Third-party downtime
  • Processing delays

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SneakySEO shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from inaccurate reports
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Decisions made using platform-generated Output

All reports are provided “as-is” without guarantees of accuracy.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SneakySEO harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your misuse of Output
  • Violations of these Terms

17. Termination

SneakySEO may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Abuse
  • Violation of Terms
  • Payment issues
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security risks
  • Excessive usage impacting system performance

You may terminate your account at any time.

18. Changes to Terms

SneakySEO may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
